West Central Georgia Community Action Council, Inc. (WCGCAC) was chartered in
March 1966, as a private non-profit corporation
for the purpose of mobilizing resources,
which could be applied to the alleviation
of the causes and effects of poverty in
what is now known as the Middle Flint
Area. The WCGCAC offers the following
programs and services:

2. Community Food and Nutrition Program (CF&N)
3. Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
4. Weatherization
5. Emergency Food and Shelter Program (EFSP)
6. The Temporary Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP)
7. Family Support /Self Sufficiency
8. Results-Oriented Management and Accountability Approach (ROMA)
